• Prior experience as a screen printing operator or in a similar printing role preferred.
• Familiarity with screen printing techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to mix inks and maintain color consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect printing defects.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated and manual screen printing machines.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
• Understanding of different substrates and their printing requirements.
