Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Screen Printing Machine Operator for a full-time position based in Boisar. Candidates should have a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The role requires expertise in screen printing and machine operation to maintain our high standards in delivering dental restoration products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in operating and maintaining printing machines, particularly those used in screen printing.
• Skilled in color matching to ensure precise and consistent print quality that meets specific color requirements.
• Experience in screen printing techniques and operations to ensure efficient production processes.
• Expertise in mixing inks and other chemicals while adhering to safety and quality standards in operation.
• A keen eye for detail to manage quality checks and maintain the high standards expected in every print job.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery quickly to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing machines to produce dental restoration products in line with Illusion Dental Laboratory’s quality standards.
• Mix inks and prepare screens as per the requirements for each individual project with a focus on precision.
• Maintain and clean printing machinery to ensure maximum operational efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
• Conduct regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet color and quality specifications.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot machine problems efficiently and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Keep accurate records of production quantities, machine maintenance, and daily activities for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and contribute to company objectives.
