We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role demands effective communication skills and a passion for forging strong client relationships to drive our business forward.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Must have the ability to understand and convey technical information about our dental restoration products.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve company sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region to meet with clients and attend industry events if required.
