Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Dental, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry.
• Proven experience in team management and regional operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales activities across achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional needs and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through strategic account management.
• Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and optimize sales channels.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis insights to senior management.
