Key Responsibilities

• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media by working with national & various international locations, company department members, including operations, sales, customer service etc.

• Research and monitor activity of company competitors.

• To create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content/ design ideation, and implementation schedules

. • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding

• Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots for national and international location.

• Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behaviour to define our company’s positioning

• Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)

• Brief our creative team about marketing projects they’ll be working on (for example ebooks, email campaigns and advertising banners)

• Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses

• Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets

• Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events

• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
