Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components.
• Carry out maintenance and repair of machines, equipment, and tools.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively.
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with safety standards.
• Support production operations by ensuring machines run efficiently.
• Maintain records of work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety, and housekeeping practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of fitting tools, equipment, and machines.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and precautions.
• Problem-solving attitude and team player.

Preferred Profile:

• ITI Fitter qualification (mandatory).
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and at shop-floor level.
