13. Must have worked in Plant setup.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 10+ years in HR functions in any Manufacturing industry.

2. Sound knowledge of HR Processes, Plant Administration, Legal & factory compliances, and Industrial Relations.

3. Well-versed in HR Audits

4. Influential communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with CFT.

5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to execute & lead projects/initiatives effectively.

7. Team Handling

8. Computer Savvy should have worked on any Hr Software.
