Job Overview

We are seeking a Billing and Collection Executive to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory in Mumbai Suburban. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring timely collections.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in payment collection for at least four years in a similar role preferably within the dental or healthcare sector.
• Expertise in international payment collections (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of collections management strategies and best practices to maximize receivable collection efficiency.
• Proficiency in various billing systems to handle different types of invoices accurately and timely.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve billing issues.
• Strong reconciliation skills to accurately verify payment records against outstanding balances.
• Adept in executing payment follow-ups professionally to facilitate timely payment processing.
• Capability to analyze and prepare detailed collection reports for internal stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee and execute timely international payment collections to meet financial targets.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of client accounts to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing or collection issues promptly.
• Implement efficient collections management strategies to minimize overdue balances.
• Prepare and present collection reports to the management team outlining key insights and action plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and practices to continuously improve billing and collection functions.
