Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team in maintaining smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review..
• Internal Controls: Ensure that all accounting activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to input, track, and generate reports as needed.
• Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
