Job Overview

We are seeking a 3D Printing Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As a 3D Printing Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the highest quality in dental restorations. This is a full-time position located in Boisar, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining 3D printers, preferably in a dental laboratory environment
• Strong knowledge of DLP and SLA 3D printing technologies
• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in operating software for 3D printers
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D printers, including setting up, calibrating, and adjusting print parameters
• Monitor print jobs to ensure they are completed accurately and within specified timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of 3D printers to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the dental laboratory team to understand printing requirements and deliver high-quality dental restorations
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in 3D printing technology and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain documentation of print settings, troubleshooting procedures, and maintenance records
