Skills:

 Must have strong experience in Ruby as well Rails

 Must have knowledge of database like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite

 Must have knowledge of MVC structure

 Strong understanding into OOPs concept

 Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HAML, SCSS, jQuery

 A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code

 Must have good communication skill

 Must have knowledge of code versioning like Git

 Good knowledge of Unit Testing

 Basic understanding of TDD and BDD

 Good knowledge of deployment of application on server

 Design, maintain, reusable, organize and reliable Ruby code

 Able to work as a best team member

 Able to develop new applications

 Able to work with existing applications

 Able to develop RESTful APIs
