Position: Store Manager – Retail

Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 3+ years

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Experience in a Similar set-up or Retail Industry preferred from the fabric industry

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Salary (CTC): 5.00 – 6.00 LPA

Store Outlet: A premium ultra-luxurious suiting shirting brand with both categories male and female.

Responsibilities:

• Team building and support another team member (warehouse team, café etc).

• Visual Merchandise of each product proper placement and highlight Offers in-store.

• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g., Inward & Outward).

• Maintain and monitor store inventory, and main product levels appropriately (Replenishment, Damage, etc.).

• Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.

• Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure the quality and quantity of each product. 

• Interact with walk-in customers about the ongoing offers and Membership, and also through social network

• Generate and review daily sale KPI reports

• Must be responsible for Driving store profitability 

• Stronghold on retail store operations

• Excellent Communication skills in English and local language
