Personnel to oversee day to day operations and win new business. This role involves managing a cross-functional team with a variety of skills and experience, as well as collaborating with other departments.

The role requires the ability to challenge commercial and financial aspects of the business to drive and improve performance. Specifically, this involves analysis, interpretation and reporting of results including identifying opportunities and applying commercial acumen to ensure timely and robust decision making.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Require extensive experience in managing the overall Accounts & Commercial Function,

Strategic planning, Analytical review, MIS, and commercial aspects related to distributors,

Dispatch, Logistic, stores etc.

• Maintaining good & healthy professional relationship with concerned people from

customer's side to achieve my goals like getting payments within credit period, etc.

• In dept understanding of ROI, GST, Distributor agreement, Distributor management system

(DMS), Compliance.

• Distributor claims and settlement.

• Co-ordinate closely with the distributor, develop pricing structure. Projections and growth

plans, forecasting and making sure the hygiene of the business is maintained

Leadership Skills:

• Provide positive leadership to the business by living the values and create and maintain the

work environment that delivers superior performance.

• Provide the guidance, direction, and support for finance staff to achieve their potential.

• Lead by example with a bias for action, outcome driven, strong commercial advice and be

an effective manager.

• Lead and drive the focus on performance priorities and be the engine for the seeking and

delivering business improvements.

Requirement:

• 4-5 years of core experience into FMCG industry.

• Expertise in Tally.

• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting

packages

• Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills
