We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. Developing the brand marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and brand positioning.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Salary: up to 6 LPA
Job Type: On-Site
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develops marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messaging.
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
• Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
• Developing promotional campaigns to enhance the products' brand images to the market and reach the target audience
• Determine directive pricing strategies, manage budget allocation and assess ROI for every marketing effort.
• Manage key brand initiatives, set standards and guidelines, and continuously elevate our brand
• Build a brand identity that is clear, distinctive, and compelling
• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
• Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
• Create a Brand activation plan.
• Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for the team
• Analyze the success of previous campaigns
• Educate consumers about the product (through brand activations)
• Manages brand program launches and serves as cross-functional point-person across marketing, commercial, and creative design
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Align the marketing activation around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
Requirement:
• 4-5 years of experience in a related field (generally marketing or sales)
• Strong expertise in corporate partnerships.
• Experienced in setting up MT channel.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident public speaker
• Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• Exceptional collaboration skills
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• This profile requires the candidate to travel for at least 7 days in a month.
