Job Role & Responsibilities

·      Handling GDS flights queries spanning for all 318 International Airlines

·      Responsible to provide excellent Customer Service pertaining to flight bookings for Ex-India/International sectors.

·      Handling queries related to Schedule/Re-schedule.

·      Processing Cancellations & Refunds for International fights.

·      Responsible to take follow-ups on Ques handling

·      Addressing & processing all queries receiving through E-Mails & application grids (Amadeus & Galileo) 

Required Skills Set

·      Must have good commands on GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).

·      Should have good travel geography knowledge 

·      Excellent Communications skills in English & Hindi (Both)

·      Should have atleast 1 year relevant experience

·      Ready for rotational shifts
