We are currently expanding our language support operations and are looking for skilled Spanish-speaking professionals to join our Noida office.
Job Summary:
The Spanish Language Specialist will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a high standard of support in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum B2 certification in Spanish and demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in Spanish and English.
- Understand customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Translate documents and communications as needed between Spanish and English.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and actions taken.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Adapt to changing processes and client-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum academic qualification: 12th Pass. Candidates with higher education (Undergraduate/Graduate) are preferred.
- Spanish language certification at B2 level (DELE, SIELE, or equivalent).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
Experience:
- Open to both freshers and candidates with relevant experience in customer service, translation, or BPO roles.
Work Schedule:
- Rotational US shifts.
- Rotational weekly offs.
- Five working days per week.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹75,000, depending on skills and experience.
Additional Information:
- No cab or meal facilities are provided for this role.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office at the Noida location.
- Interviews are conducted through walk-ins only.
