- Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Experienced in resume screening to evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements.
- Strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute sourcing activities effectively.
- Ability to conduct Boolean searches to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines.
- Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders in the recruitment process.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Conducting job analysis and preparing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Utilizing various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
