We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Ghaziabad. This full-time role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and other recruitment processes. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing using various channels and strategies to identify potential candidates.
  • Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Experienced in resume screening to evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute sourcing activities effectively.
  • Ability to conduct Boolean searches to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines.
  • Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders in the recruitment process.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting job analysis and preparing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  • Negotiating job offers and ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date recruitment database and records.
