Job Overview
iEnergizer is seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Junior Customer Support Executive at our Noida location. This full-time role involves providing outstanding support to clients and handling inquiries efficiently. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively when interacting with customers (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in call handling, with experience in managing customer queries and resolving issues promptly (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrate customer empathy by understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of clients (Mandatory skill).
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all client interactions result in positive outcomes and enhanced relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess situations, identify potential solutions, and implement appropriate actions to resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to actively listen to customers, understanding their requests and responding with relevant information and solutions.
- Proficiency in email support, able to craft clear, concise, and professional email responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high attention to detail and organization.
