Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Roadside Assistance (Voice Process)

Location: Noida, India

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice BPO Process

Shift: US Rotational Shifts (Including Rotational Offs)

Workdays: 5 Days a Week


Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our US Roadside Assistance Voice Process team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective roadside assistance support to customers in the US, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to roadside assistance requests such as vehicle breakdowns, towing, battery jump-start, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with service providers and ensure prompt assistance to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update case notes accurately in the system.
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and service quality.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
  • Work efficiently in rotational US shifts and manage workload during rotational offs.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice BPO process (preferably US shift experience).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM and telephony tools.


Shift & Work Details:

  • Rotational US shifts (Night shifts as per US time zone).
  • 5 working days per week with rotational offs.
  • Location: Noida.
