Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, junior-level position based in Noida. The role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while efficiently managing customer interactions and their issues.
Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to manage time productively to handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
- Skilled in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and provide seamless service.
- Understanding of customer service principles to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents proficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to find optimal solutions for customers.
- Participate in training and development sessions to increase understanding of company services, products, and processes.
