Job Profile:

We are looking for a few experienced Series 7 registered front office agents to provide administrative and client support for the OP Invest product. The role requires a strong understanding of the financial markets and products, specifically equities, as well as regulatory requirements. Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Agents will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and working with our clearing agent to address customer account concerns while adhering to all internal internal procedures. Resolves client issues on account opening and onboarding, orders issue, platform usage, strategies, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance client satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and swift issue resolution.
