• Candidate should be from the lighting or Lab Industry.
• Should have knowledge about the factory audit/ OEM audit and also do the documentation which is required for the process.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle the Inspection of the government department.
• Proficient with Ms Excel, Word, outlook.
• Candidates should be confident and be a good team player.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams with technical presentations and training to internal & external customers.
• Should be well versed with the testing equipment which is required for lighting products.
• Candidate from lithium Battery/Solar Street Light background will be highly preferable.
• Good Communication skills for Interaction with Tier 1 customers.
