Job Summary:
As a Leadership Hiring Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top-level executives and senior leaders for our organization. You will work closely with the leadership team, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand the talent needs of the organization and develop effective strategies to attract and select the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the leadership team and HR partners to understand the organization's leadership hiring needs, including executive-level positions and senior leadership roles.
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-level executives, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and partnerships with executive search firms, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success in senior leadership positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR partners, hiring managers, and interview panels, to align on candidate requirements and selection criteria.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques for executive-level hiring, and share knowledge and insights with the talent acquisition team.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant systems.
• Hands on experience in closing global roles. In countries like Mexico, Europe, US and the Middle east.
Requirements and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in the recruitment field with 10 years of experience in hiring leadership roles in SAAS companies.
• Proven experience in executive search or leadership hiring, either in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of leadership competencies, assessment methodologies, and best practices in executive-level recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for senior-level positions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate candidates' leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
CTC : 40 LPA inclusive of 10% VP
Location : First preference Chennai then Bangalore
