About the Role

Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is seeking a proactive and technically competent Technical Assistant . The ideal candidate will assist in the technical discussions, project coordination, documentation, and day-to-day engineering activities while supporting business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in the technical and project-related activities.

✔ Prepare technical reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation.

✔ Coordinate with engineering, project, and sales teams for project execution and follow-ups.

✔ Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documents.

✔ Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

✔ Maintain project records, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and technical correspondence.

✔ Assist in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

✔ Perform research and analysis on Industrial Automation technologies and solutions.

Required Skills

✅ Knowledge or exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, and Electrical systems.

✅ Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering documents.

✅ Good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

✅ Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Qualification

🎓 Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
