Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional to lead business development activities in the Industrial Automation domain. The role involves managing complete sales responsibility for the Gujarat region and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients to maximize regional business potential.
• Promote and sell industrial automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
• Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Lead commercial negotiations, order finalization, and payment follow-ups.
• Manage complete sales and marketing operations for the Gujarat region.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for smooth execution.

Skills & Competencies

•  Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking.
•  Hands-on exposure to field instruments such as TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•  Experience with Rockwell Automation systems will be an added advantage.
• Client handling experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty chemical, and packaging industries.
