Job Title: Residential Sales Engineer (Automation & Instrumentation)

Location: Mumbai & Konkan Region

Experience Required: 6 to7 year

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation and instrumentation project/product sales. The role involves developing business opportunities across the Mumbai, Konkan & Goa regions, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth in process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of automation systems and instrumentation solutions in the assigned territory for process industry domain
• Manage the project sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization, including techno-commercial discussions
• Develop and expand business with End Users, EPC contractors and consultants, and process industries
• Handle and process OEM sales and build long-term partnerships
• Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain regular updates and accurate data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, technical support, and execution
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

Key Requirements:

• 6 to 7 years of experience in Automation & Primary Instrumentation project sales
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD) and field instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature, etc.)
• Good understanding of process industry segments such as Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, etc.
• Established a network with End Users, EPCs, consultants, and OEMs in Mumbai & Konkan region
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
