Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage industrial automation projects from concept to commissioning.
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
3. Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor project progress and risks.
4. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
5. Mentor and guide project team members to enhance performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 8+ years in Industrial Automation Project Management.
2. Strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation and other industrial automation solutions.
3. Proven track record in managing end-to-end turnkey projects.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
