We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with pharma industry experience to manage IT support in a compliance-driven environment. The candidate should have strong technical skills along with knowledge of pharma regulations.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔

• Administration of manufacturing equipment & computerized systems

• User management: ID creation, modification & deactivation

• Manage data backup, restoration & archival processes

• Periodic review & verification of system access and privileges

• Prepare and maintain active user list for manufacturing systems

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of systems & equipment

• Ensure periodic time synchronization of systems

• Basic troubleshooting of computer systems & equipment

• Ensure compliance with pharma guidelines (GMP, cGMP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity)

• Handle QMS activities: Change Control, CAPA, Deviation & Incident management

• Support computerized system validation activities

• Work with manufacturing systems like HMI, PLC, SCADA & IPC
