✔ Hands-on experience in IT Support & End-User Management

✔ Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP & ALCOA principles

✔ Backup & Restore Process Handling

✔ IT Compliance & Documentation Knowledge

✔ Experience in regulated environments (Pharma/Healthcare) is an added advantage
