Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Automation Engineer to join our team at Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS). As an Industrial Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems in various industries. This is a full-time position, and the candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial automation. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Familiarity with DCS and SCADA systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions for industrial processes using PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Perform system integration, programming, and testing of control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Provide technical support to clients during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in industrial automation technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.
