We’re Hiring – MFG-IT Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive MFG-IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our Manufacturing IT team at Vadodara (Halol, Baska & Panelav locations). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment and must be capable of handling user support, system maintenance, and IT asset management activities efficiently.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day desktop and IT support for manufacturing and plant users.

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Support manufacturing IT systems and ensure smooth functioning of shop floor IT infrastructure.

• Manage user access control, password resets, account creation, modification, and deactivation as per SOP.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking, tagging, and documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering, and Corporate IT) for system-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with Pharma IT policies, data integrity standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi), shared drives, and basic server-level troubleshooting.

• Provide remote support when required and maintain proper ticketing documentation.

• Assist during audits by providing necessary IT documentation and records.
