🚨 We Are Hiring | Proposal Engineer – Instrumentation & Automation

📍 Location: Indore

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering

🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer with strong expertise in Instrumentation & Industrial Automation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, handling customer requirements, coordinating with technical & sales teams, and supporting industrial automation projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare techno-commercial proposals for Instrumentation & Automation projects/products

✔ Study RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications

✔ Selection & sizing of transmitters, flow meters, control valves, PLC/SCADA components, etc.

✔ Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations & technical clarifications

✔ Prepare BOM, costing, compliance sheets & proposal documents

✔ Support sales team during technical discussions and client meetings

✔ Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain records

✔ Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ Strong knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation systems

✅ Experience in technical proposals & costing

✅ Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, control systems, sensors & field instruments

✅ Ability to understand P&ID, GA drawings & technical specifications

✅ Good communication & coordination skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & proposal documentation

🔹 Preferred Industry:

Automation / Instrumentation / EPC / Electrical / Process Industries
