About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Business Development team as Interns. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in business strategy, client engagement, and market research.
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team through end-to-end lead management and market intelligence. Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Research: Identify potential business opportunities through market research, online platforms, and industry databases. Develop and maintain a prospective client pipeline.
- Scheduling Demos & Follow-ups: Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls with prospective clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Generate reports and track progress against business goals.
- Pitch Deck & Proposal Preparation: Assist in the creation and customization of client presentations, proposals, and sales collaterals tailored to client needs.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to enhance strategic positioning.
- Client Interaction & Communication: Engage with clients through various communication channels, respond to queries, and build lasting relationships that support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated with a passion for business and client engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA Marketing, BBA, preferred)
