project manager in our APS team! There are many issues such as the inability to use IT as envisioned by the team and the inability to proceed with digitization as desired. At TCS, we have received many inquiries to solve customer problems by utilizing the global know-how, high technology, and many successful cases in Japan and overseas that we have cultivated over many years. Specifically, we expect you to be active in the following job descriptions and projects. Roles and missions will differ depending on the candidate's skill set and the project they are participating in, so we will explain this during the interview.






While many companies are driving IT and digital transformation, there are still many obstacles for achieving IT utilization and digital transformation as their management envisions, mostly due to lack of know-hows and resources. 1. Project management (leader) work for customers of Japanese / foreign companies, program management

(project launch, planning, execution, monitoring & control, quality control, cost/delivery management, people management)

2. Project promotion using offshore bases

3. Negotiations with customers and stakeholders at the management level

1. Take a role of Program or project management (leader) for Japanese and foreign multi-national clients (Project start-up, planning, implementation, monitor and control, quality control, cost and delivery management and people management)

・Project management and leader experience in system development, operation, and maintenance Those

who have project experience for the banking industry

・Experience in project management of 300 million yen or more, 20 FTE scale

・Application outsourcing project experience

・Application transition experience

・PMP holder, English proficiency (offshore) experience), agile development experience is preferable.

・Project management or leadership experience in system development, operations and maintenance

・Project experience for the manufacturing, insurance, construction, distribution, retail and consumer goods industries.

・Experience in application transition
