Position Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented IT Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate must have deep technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a strong command over lead generation strategies and end-to-end sales conversion, especially in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:


βœ… Lead Generation & Team Support

  • Generate high-quality leads using multiple channels: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, Clutch, GoodFirms, AppFutura, Email campaigns & Cold Emailing, Cold Calling & WhatsApp Outreach, Social Media & Online Networking
  • Train and guide the team in effective lead generation techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate lead sources for consistent pipeline growth


βœ… Sales & Business Development

  • Analyze client requirements, create project scopes, and deliver tailored proposals
  • Strong technical requirement understanding and ability to communicate with technical teams
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead to closure
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Target and close clients in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.)
  • Manage client communication, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal finalization


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT services business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong grip on technical understanding of software and web solutions
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and client presentations
  • Leadership skills to support and guide a lead generation team
  • Must have worked in international B2B markets
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is a plus
