Job Description:

1.     7-12 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), DevOps Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure management within the AWS cloud environment.

2.     Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).

3.     Extensive experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform) specifically in the context of AWS cloud for configuration management and infrastructure as code.

4.     Strong knowledge of AWS cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation) and experience with cloud-based infrastructure provisioning and management within AWS.

5.     Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration frameworks in the AWS cloud environment.

6.     Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices within AWS.

7.     Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools native to AWS (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS X-Ray) for performance analysis and troubleshooting.

8.     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly identify and resolve complex technical issues within the AWS cloud environment and Tiger Team projects.

9.     Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

10.  Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator is highly preferred

11.  Experience with AWS-native CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy).

12.  Knowledge of infrastructure automation frameworks (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform) specifically tailored for AWS cloud environments.

13.  Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., Git) within AWS.

14.  Familiarity with AWS database technologies (e.g., Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB) and experience with database administration and optimization in the AWS cloud environment.
