Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tibco Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at NCG As a Tibco Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Tibco applications and solutions. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Design & develop high complexity integration platform solutions on Tibco.
• Strong experience in TIBCO Business Works (BW) and related suite of products and its Architecture.
• At least 4 - 6 years’ experience in

·        Tibco BW 5.x, 6.x ,

·        TIBCO BW CE 2.x

·        TIBCO EMS, Admin.

·        TIBCO SAP Plugin

• Experience in implementing Integration/ETL projects using IICS Platform

·        Strong Tibco & SAP Integration (File Transfer)

·        Migration experience - TIBCO to Informatica Cloud

• Experience on TIBCO Admin and deployment
• Knowledge of the major communication protocols: TCP, HTTP, REST, SOAP, SSL mainly focused on integration bus JMS as used with Tibco (EMS).
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server DB / Oracle DB
• Well versed with Integration Patterns and also architecture paradigms like REST/ SOA/ Microservices 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet project needs.
• Contribute individually and take ownership of tasks and projects assigned.
• Ability to provide thought leadership and share best practices and standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Good understanding of integration concepts.
