Job Title: Sales Executive- Call center


Department: Sales


Reports To: Management

 

Job Description:

·        Develop and implement an extensive sales plan to grow our customer base and expand the company's global reach.

·        Developing the business through customer acquisition and relationship management.

·        Start from the scratch to build a robust sales pipeline, and close sales.

·        Achieve company objectives by meticulously planning, establishing sales objectives, analysing performance data, and formulating projections.

·        Target-driven with a demonstrated capacity to exceed objectives and customer satisfaction.

·        Ability to work on a PowerPoint presentation to present customers in person and/or online.

·        Call the customers daily and reach the right decision makers of the company.

·        Construct emails and regular follow ups to close the deal.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        40% domestic or international travel will be required.

·        Knowledge of industries SLA and KPI’s

·        Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor's products and services.


The successful Applicant:

·        Only those with at least five years of call centre sales management experience can apply.

·        Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

·        Excellent English communication both verbal and written, additional international language in an advantage.

·        Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and pay attention to client needs.

·        Candidate must be able to perform under pressure and produce quality results.

·        Managing time effectively, setting priorities and multitasking.

·        Ability to travel at multiple locations.

·        Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet savvy.
