As the HR Head- Calicut , you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all HR functions in the state of Kerala. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with FMCG / FOOD industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive schemes
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and promote a positive and inclusive work culture
• Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions
