Job Overview

The Project Manager position at iAgami Technologies is a full-time, mid-level role based in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, overseeing the delivery of technology-driven projects. This role requires strong expertise in project management and web applications, as well as familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools, playing a key part in successfully executing complex IT projects for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Project Management experience with a minimum of 4 years handling full project lifecycles in the IT sector (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive hands-on experience in managing and delivering web application projects using industry best practices (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient understanding and demonstrated use of Agile Methodologies in IT project environments, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of python for overseeing and guiding application development efforts and contributing to technical discussions.
• Experience in managing and delivering mobile application projects, coordinating resources from planning through deployment phases.
• Expertise in using JIRA for project tracking, sprint management, and seamless communication within distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate project status, and manage stakeholder expectations smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects with a focus on web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
• Direct project lifecycle phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to meet quality and deliverable expectations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve optimal project performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor agile teams, facilitating collaboration and communication between stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
• Utilize JIRA for effective sprint planning, issue tracking, and progress monitoring throughout the project duration.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle project challenges proactively and support timely delivery.
• Ensure clear documentation, regular reporting, and transparent communication of project status, milestones, and results.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive digital transformation.
