Design & Ideation

• Collaborate with designers and developers to conceptualize user interface layouts and interaction patterns that align with the brand’s identity and goals.
• •
• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes using tools like Figma or similar design platforms.
• •
• Support in preparing visual assets and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator.
• •
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for improving user experience and visual appeal.
• •
• Support the team in developing responsive and accessible designs across devices and screen sizes.

User Experience & Research

• •
• Conduct basic user research, including competitor analysis and usability feedback, to inform design decisions.
• •
• Help document user flows and map out journeys to enhance overall user satisfaction.
• •
• Observe and take notes during user testing sessions to identify usability issues or improvement opportunities.

Design Execution & Handoff

• •
• Assist in preparing design assets, components, and documentation for developer handoff.
• •
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy throughout the design system.
• •
• Update existing UI screens and components based on feedback and performance data.

Collaboration & Communication

• •
• Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation.
• •
• Communicate design rationale clearly and accept constructive feedback to refine outputs.
• •
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and project discussions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt to new design tools, frameworks, and UX/UI trends.

• Maintain a positive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.
• •
• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• •
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and UI design tools like Figma.
• •
• A good working understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• •
• Creativity, curiosity, and a strong interest in crafting user-centric designs.
