Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:

• Drive business development and manage corporate client relationships
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies for startups and MNCs
• Lead end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT leadership roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and closing positions
• Ensure consistent candidate engagement through to onboarding
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior HR professionals across industries.
