Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Specialist for our Bangalore Urban location. This is a Work from Office role. As a full-time member of i4 Consulting, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and contributing to our client-driven HR solutions. This position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in recruiting processes and methodologies (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate and communicate with various business partners effectively.
- Talent sourcing expertise using digital platforms, social media, and relevant databases for candidate identification.
- Comprehensive understanding of strategic sourcing models to support different organisation types and sizes.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills for liaising with diverse candidates and client teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Comfortable with Boolean search techniques to optimize candidate searches and pipeline development.
- Experienced in candidate screening and assessment processes to ensure high-quality talent pools.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience and process efficiency.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, with awareness of current market trends in recruitment and talent management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand recruitment needs and deliver bespoke talent solutions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements to ensure strong fit.
- Manage and engage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and digital tools for efficient workflow and talent management.
- Maintain and build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging innovative search techniques.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring prompt follow-up and feedback cycles.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities, pipelines, and process improvements to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns to build a strong organizational presence.
