Seeking an IT recruiter for our client, India's large IT service providers.


Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate funnel data
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners & create transparency in the hiring process.
