Role Overview :


We are looking for a Pre-Sales head with strong domain expertise in MedTech and Healthcare. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in Strategic Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, and Driving business growth. This role requires deep expertise in software engineering and product engineering for MedTech and Healthcare industries, with a strong background in delivery, pre-sales, and solution design. The candidate will be responsible for developing winning Software Engineering services proposals, creating innovative solutions, engaging with clients, and supporting sales teams in positioning advanced MedTech & Healthcare solutions.


Role Responsibilities


  • Lead the pre-sales function for MedTech & Healthcare, driving software engineering-led solutions tailored to client needs for Americas Business Unit.
  • In Collaboration with SMEs & Delivery teams, Define and Design Scalable for Medical Devices, Digital Health, and Healthcare customers by leveraging Cloud, Data , AI/GenAI and other technologies.  
  • Develop Go to Market (GTM) strategies , value propositions, and competitive differentiators in SW Engineering / Product Engineering offerings.
  • Engage with clients through consultative selling, understanding business challenges and proposing innovative software and product engineering solutions.
  • Lead proposal and RFP management, ensuring high-quality responses aligned with MedTech software engineering best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership on MedTech trends, regulatory compliances and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Account Delivery, Practice SMEs and Sales to drive business growth in the sector.
