Hiring for next-generation home-buying platform in India, enabling end-to-end buyer journeys and redefining the real estate experience. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working out of Powai, Mumbai.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech), you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for non-technical functions (e.g., operations, sales, customer experience, marketing, HR, finance) within the organisation. The role demands strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, employer brand building, and delivering high-quality talent at speed. You will work 6 days a week in a dynamic start-up-style setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional heads / hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and develop job descriptions.
  • Lead a team of junior recruiter.
  • Develop and execute full life-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles: sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs (passive and active sourcing).
  • Utilise multiple channels: job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, networking events, internal talent pool.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies/ vendors when required; negotiate cost, set SLAs, measure performance.
  • Promote the employer brand and candidate experience: ensure hiring process is smooth, consistent, and represents the company values.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and provide insights to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ensure data accuracy in ATS/HRIS.
  • Drive continuous improvement: review processes, propose enhancements, adopt best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Occasionally support hiring for volume or hard-to-fill roles, and contribute to campus/early talent initiatives if needed.
