Learning Development Specialist
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioral skills and leadership capabilities.
Reports to: Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objectives, and content requirements
- Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor-led training materials
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences (virtual/classroom/blended)
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and learning interventions using a variety of learning methods
- Work on the identification of potential external partners for programs, including design, contextualization, and holding them accountable.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact
- Build a strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs
- Independently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Management Trainee, and so on.
- Manage a direct team of 1-2 team members, while the indirect sphere of influence will be larger.
Qualifications/ Experience: MBA in HR with 15-20 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years of L&D experience. Preferred industry – Tech/IT. Experience in Talent Management/OD is a plus.

- Exposure to sales capability or enablement and/or leadership development is important
