Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join our team on a freelance or contract basis. The position is mid-level and based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in the HR field. This role requires expertise in performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures, ensuring these areas are highly proficient (Mandatory skill).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in performance management (Mandatory skill) – Developing and implementing performance management systems and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits (Mandatory skill) – Advising on competitive compensation packages in line with industry standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill) – Ensuring HR practices align with legal frameworks and organizational goals.
- Strong employee relations skills – Building and maintaining productive relationships between employees and the organization.
- Extensive experience in recruitment – Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet company objectives.
- Proficiency in training and development – Designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Skilled in conflict resolution – Addressing and resolving workplace disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance – Ensuring all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support organizational goals.
- Advise on and manage the performance appraisal process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with organizational and industry standards.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting top talent through various channels.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations issues, including counseling and mediation, to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and uphold ethical standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop solutions that drive business performance.
