About the Role
As the HR Lead, you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, driving people initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on Talent Acquisition while encompassing a broad spectrum of HR generalist responsibilities to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies, policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build a strong employer brand to position as an employer of choice.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and tools to tap into diverse talent pools.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR operational activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with end-to-end recruitment t statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with organizational values.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
4. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance review systems to support employee development and organizational growth.
- Partner with leaders to identify learning and development needs, creating growth opportunities for employees.
5. Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in HR roles, with a significant focus on Talent Acquisition and Generalist responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and HR operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
