Job Title: Head Of Product

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of experience

Location: All Metro cities in India


Job Brief & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain.  

- Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.  

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.  

- Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product. 

 

Desired Skills:  

- Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile  

- Work experience in the Travel/ internet / e-commerce industry is preferred 

 

 Key Requirements: 

·       MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

·       Should have experience leading small teams

·       Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

·       Should have experience with Travel industry

·       Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace

·       Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
